Baby dancing?
Does all the dancing and playing with my baby count as exercise?? I do a lot! :) But I still need to get back to the gym. I am going to try tonight!

Very bad!!
So I have not worked out in almost 2 weeks. Again things got in the way. I do feel guilty for sure! But we had family in town and then friends in town, then sickness! I am sick now and think working out would be bad. But I will get back on the workout horse! :)

Things do get in the way!
So last week I worked out twice - not bad but not great. So - then work and some personal issues got in the way. Work has been super busy the last couple of weeks. And then I had some personal family issues which caused me some serious problems and kept me from going. I did finally make it back tonight. I did Turbo Kick - ouch - it kicked my butt! :) But it felt good too! :)
But I finally realized sometimes I am not going to make it as often as I should or need to! And I have to forgive myself for that.

Last week bad!
So last week was really bad. I never did go work out! I was so lazy! Even with the motivation of the picture and belly fat! But I did go yesterday. Back on track! I need to keep it up!
