So last week I worked out twice - not bad but not great. So - then work and some personal issues got in the way. Work has been super busy the last couple of weeks. And then I had some personal family issues which caused me some serious problems and kept me from going. I did finally make it back tonight. I did Turbo Kick - ouch - it kicked my butt! :) But it felt good too! :)
But I finally realized sometimes I am not going to make it as often as I should or need to! And I have to forgive myself for that.
