Best week in a long time!

I worked out 3 days this week!  I am getting back on track and it feels good!  :)  I did not do any classes this week but worked hard on the elliptical all three days and did some stomach and the bike as well!  I may even go Sunday!  :)  We will see.  :) 

My weight has not dropped a lot not do I feel like I look a lot different - but I know I will if I keep putting in the effort.  I do feel good about doing this and I know it is making me healthier!  So I will keep at it.  My goal is to work out at least three times a week and sometimes more!  :)
